1. Who we are

Capinext is a SaaS platform operated by Actoria International (Switzerland), providing M&A advisory tools for accountants, lawyers, and business advisors. Contact: info@capinext.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect: account information (name, email, professional firm), mission data uploaded by users (financial documents, mandate descriptions), social-network credentials (encrypted OAuth tokens or session cookies), and platform usage logs.

3. How we use data

We process personal data only to deliver the Capinext services: generating M&A deliverables, matching buyers, publishing announcements on connected social accounts, and providing customer support. We never sell personal data.

4. Social-network integrations

When you connect a LinkedIn or Facebook account through Capinext, we receive only the OAuth scopes you explicitly grant. Tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256). Posts are published only on accounts and pages you have explicitly authorized. Capinext does not read your private messages, scrape connections, or harvest profile data of third parties.

5. Data hosting

All data is hosted in Switzerland and the European Union on certified servers. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without GDPR-compliant safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and Swiss FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data. Send requests to info@capinext.com — we respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Mission data is retained for the duration of the mandate plus 5 years. Social tokens are retained until you disconnect the account. Account data is retained until account deletion.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be notified via email and dashboard banner.
